Alexandra-Maria-Lara
Alexandra Maria Lara was born in Romania and is now an actress from Germany and Romania. Her best-known films include Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. She was the sole child of Romanian actress Valentin Platareu, Alexandra started her professional career in the show business from a young age. By the time she reached the age of sixteen, she had secured prominent roles in a variety of shows on television. Following her critically-acclaimed character in the television film Der Tunnel, Alexandra went into other notable roles such as Adolf Hitler's secretary Traudljunge in Downfall. This film won an Oscar and was a critical as well as commercial success. The Reader is another Oscar nominated movie featuring this actress. Over the years Alexandra has been involved in a variety of notable international and national projects. Among others, these projects include the British biographical films, the British Control Greek Drama film The Dust of Time French Historical Miniseries Napoleon and many more. She was also an adjudicator at the Transylvania International Film Festival as well as at the Cannes Film Festival.
